At Kalari University, we want you to feel confident in your decision to start training with us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription or any other purchase made through kalari-university.com.

1. Monthly Subscription — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to Kalari University Level 1 or Level 2 and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

Conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the date your subscription began

  • This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only — it does not apply to renewal charges

  • Refunds are not available if you have passed the Level 1 assessment and received your certificate

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email address]. Include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

After the 7-day window

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will continue to have access to your course content until the end of your current billing period.

2. Subscription Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are charged automatically on your billing date. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before your billing date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

3. Assessment Retake Fees

First attempt

Your first Level 1 assessment attempt is included at no additional cost as part of your active subscription.

Retake fees

If you do not pass the Level 1 assessment and wish to attempt it again, a retake fee of 35 USD / 30 EUR / 1800 INR is charged per attempt.

Retake fee refunds

Retake fees are non-refundable once a retake session has been scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Optional 1:1 Private Session

If you purchase a private 1:1 session with a Kalari University instructor at the time of subscribing or separately, the following applies:

  • If you cancel the session more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session or do not attend, no refund is available

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with more than 24 hours notice

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve a technical issue that prevents access to paid content for an extended period, we will consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time beyond our processing period.
